My story

This is a story about a teacher. He traveled across the universe to work in a place where he is all alone. He had to survive by his own wits and learn to navigate the twists and turns of his new life. In his new life everything is strange and odd. The way of relating to each other is so new that he can’t find a common point. In addition he is surrounded by the weirdest dregs of humanity along with exceptional people who dwarf his abilities. Every day he suffers from envy, feelings of inadequacy and wonderment. The only thing he knows for sure is that he can trust himself and maybe one more person.

He came here in search of adventure and found it. The problem was he never left. Now he has nothing to show for his effort except grey hair, a wide paunch and mounting debt. There is nothing he can do to get away from it and everyday he finds himself getting deeper and deeper into the abyss where the only escape is his imagination of a future he might be able to have. The dream is the only thing that is sustaining him at the moment. Everything else is going down the toilet.
